Do I pay before or after I agree to the intro?
After. You only receive a Stripe link once you reply YES to a specific outreach. No card is charged unless you click through and complete checkout.
What if the expert isn't a fit?
You're under no obligation to engage beyond the introduction. If an intro never delivers (bounce, mis-routing), email us and we'll refund the fee.
How do I cancel the unlimited plan?
From your account page, click "Manage payment & subscription" to open the Stripe customer portal and cancel in a click.
